Tom has over eight years experience drafting, negotiating and counseling clients in connection with a wide variety of domestic and international technology, outsourcing and service-related transactions.

Tom's prior accomplishments include:

• Vice President and Counsel in Deutsche Bank's Information Technology and Intellectual Property Group between 2005 and 2010. Tom was responsible for counseling clients on a wide range of technology, intellectual property and service related transactions including complex global business process outsourcings, license and hosting agreements, and other technology and service related agreements.
• Associate in Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP's Outsourcing Group between 2003 and 2005. Tom was responsible for drafting and negotiating complex outsourcing, licensing, services and related technology agreements.
• Tom received his J.D. cum laude from St. John's University School of Law in June 2002.
